happytrack is a private journal/diary app. You use this app to write about how you are doing, what you are thinking about (or whom.)
Each entry you are asked to rate your day on a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being the worst youve ever felt and 10 being the best youve ever felt.
The idea is that over time youll be able to see how your happiness level is changing. Are you getting happier? Or are things going downhill?
An app cannot make you truly happy, but this app can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself. We hope that this understanding increases your satisfaction with life.
